The space
Incredibly 770 square foot waterfront property on nearly an acre of land.Recently completely reconstructed, this is a single family residence with an open lot that is paved and partially fenced. The house includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, updated kitchen, A/C, huge TV, fireplace and more. And if you ever want to leave this house, there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance way,and the 130th street Light Rail Station is under construction just 10 blocks away!
There is a mall ( supermarket, Gym, restaurant......) only 8 minutes walk away.

We provide you with one set of queen size bed sheet and one set of king size bed sheet, if you need more please contact me and I can provide you with more for $25 extra dollars.

Seattle Center and Paramount Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Seattle Cruise Ship Terminal 91 and Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66.
