It is close to many unique local attractions and places to visit, including Broadview Public Library, Carkeek Park, Bitter Lake Park/Community Center, Dunn Gardens, Northgate Park and Ride, Woodland Park Zoo, Museum Of Pop Culture, Space Needle, Seattle Center, Chihuly Garden and Glass and Green Lake Park. You are also within walking distance of the bus line for routes 345, 355, and 28 (Fremont -Downtown Seattle).
The home boasts a nice deck with an outdoor dining area and breathtaking views of the sound and mountains—a beautiful spot to unwind, dine alfresco, play board games, and create everlasting memories. Inside, you will discover an updated interior with refinished hardwoods and a spacious open floor plan perfect for entertaining. With streaming services, spread out comfortably in the living area and stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The kitchen has new slab granite countertops, limestone tile floors, and stainless steel appliances.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: Cameras are monitoring the outside of the home and the access points. These are turned off during guest stays.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
