Sofa Bed converts to a full bed to accommodate those with extra guest. A memory foam topper for the Sofa bed is available in the closet.

KITCHEN & DINING

Our Kitchen is stocked with all the proper cooking utensils and needs for having a home cooked meal on your stay. The dining table seats four and you are welcome to eat out on the shared bbq deck, or head down to the clubhouse for more space.

BED & BATH

Sleeps seven comfortably and eight if you just need to. Two queen beds, a full sleeper sofa in the living area, a twin converter chair in the bedroom and twin 5 inch memory foam that can be moved to the living area or main bedroom floor.

Main Bedroom has attached bathroom with tub and separate sink area. Tv in Main bedroom.

Spare bath has a walk-in shower.

Check-In Hours & Late Arrival Fees

Check-In Information:

Due to building requirements, all check-ins are completed in person to provide access to the key fob, garage remote, and a quick rundown of the property.

We will need to meet at the building to give you a brief rundown of the rules and its amenities. We will need to arrange a time between 3-5pm. Should you arrive early and want to leave you luggage at the unit, get the rundown, park and grab the Key FOBS, you can do that after 11:30am. Just let us know.

• 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: No additional charge
• After 5:00 PM: $25 late check-in fee
• After 9:00 PM: $55 late check-in fee
• After Midnight: Subject to availability and a $100 late check-in fee

If your travel plans change, please keep us updated with your estimated arrival time as soon as possible. This helps us coordinate your welcome and ensures someone is available to greet you upon arrival.
