THE SPACE
A spacious open-design studio cottage sits at back of a garden-lushed property. The studio with approximately 800 sq ft, sleeping up to four guests (airbed and fold-out sofa bed for setup fee, please inquire), features a comfortable queen-size bed, fold-out sofa, a kitchenette with -height freezer/fridge, microwave, electric induction hot plate, coffeemaker and generous-sized glass-enclosed tiled shower bath as well as a relaxing living room area with a 60" HDTV (wifi TV streaming including Netflix service). FREE Wi-Fi too! Charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor patio table are available and shared with other residents. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay. Any additional person must be approved in advance and will be subject to $30 fee per night.

Children are welcome, however, there may be conditions in and around the unit/property that may pose hazards to them, as well as to adults. Owners do not assume any liability or responsibility for any injuries occurring during your stay with us; Guests and their visitors will hold Owners harmless from any litigation and insurance claims. Children must be supervised at all times. Candles/fires/smoking are not allowed on property. Please take caution using stairs as this is a multi-level home. This is a multi-level home so please take caution especially when using stairs; you are responsible for the safety of your children and visitors. In the event Guest initiates a chargeback, Guest agrees to pay an administration fee of $500 to Owner regardless of the outcome of dispute. Guest must be a minimum age of 25 years old to rent.
