With Pike Place Market, Hard Rock Cafe, and Seattle Art Museum, as well as countless shops, cafes, and restaurants at your door, your entertainment options are endless! At the end of the day, surround yourself with everything you need to relax, unwind and enjoy your evening. This condo is one of the few in downtown Seattle to offer central air-conditioning, added for the comfort of guests. Spend some time at the indoor pool or hot tub, take in the gorgeous views from one of the building's spacious decks, get a good workout in at the fitness room, or just curl up on the couch with your own personal view of the city or the water.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Newmark Tower Condos require personal check-in service, a simple background check, and a legally required rental agreement.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
