Seagrass Suites are located in desirable Seaside park, New Jersey,. Located just 1 short block to Beach and just a 5 minute walk to the famous Seaside Heights Boardwalk & Water Park! This is a rare find in Seaside Park that combines spacious suite style bedrooms and close proximity to the beautiful Seaside Park beaches.

This is a Duplex that contain two independent Suites on both the first and second floors. Families love this property as it permits them to rent together in one building and one location. Both Suites have separate entrances with each having its own living room and full kitchen and bath. rent This property also be rented as a single 2 BR (separate listing) or rent both the entire Duplex. Both suites has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, living room. Living room has internet access . Two Bedrooms and Full Bathroom with tub. First Floor Suite has the following: One bedroom has a Queen Bed and Second Bedroom has Queen Bed. Queen Sleeper in living room. Second Suite has a Full Bed and Second Bedroom has Full Bed. Queen Sleeper in living room. Living room and both bedrooms have Smart Televisions , Suite has air conditioning in all rooms.

This property has a side yard with Gas BBQ, Outdoor Shower, swing set, and outdoor tables and loungers. Guests received a designated off street parking space and free street parking for traditional cars. Newly upgraded coin operated laundry room just steps form your Suite. This location is part of our Lazy River in the Park location that has a total of 5 Suites and two homes. Our properties are professionally cleaned and are re-sanitized and re-disinfected within two hours of our Guests arrival.

* For the months of July & August, all daily and weekend rentals (4 days or less) are part of our Magical Collection Rentals and include free linen & towel drop off and one adult weekly beach tag per bedroom. Free beach access for guests under 12 years of age.
* Although Linens ,Towels & Beach Tags are not included in our discounted Weekly Rentals we now offer Bed, Bath & Beach Bundles that includes use of 2 free adult beach tags ($420 value) for just $ 250.00 additional. This includes everything you need at our discounted weekly rate.
* One pet under 30 lbs permitted with $ 150 Pet Disinfection Fee . Weight and Breed must be approved in advance.
* Off season short term rentals limited to Guests with temporary employment contracts or for home improvements and can show proof of ownership. Pets approved based upon breed & week subject at a $ 150.00 per month Pet Fee
* Parking limited to one car but additional free street parking is available.

Lazy River Rentals offers short term & Winter rentals between: September - April
only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Zoning for our properties prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 2 guests from 3 BR permits 3 guests, 4 BR permits up to 4 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.

Mature Young Adults - Lazy River Rentals will accept a limited number of young adult rentals starting April 15 though June 30, 2024. Rentals are limited to no more than 2 per bedroom. No outside Guests or Visitors. $ 200.00 additional registration fee and
$ 79.00 Insurance fee. added to reservation. No Group Prom Rentals Please. Maximum 2 guests per bedroom. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 18 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Maximum is 10 adults guests an 2 children under 12.
