A true South Seaside Park gem situated only 2 1/2 blocks to the beach & steps to the bay. Every detail of our home was created with comfort & functionality in mind while providing design aesthetics that add a little extra to the experience.

Our home, The Coastal Crab, is a single family home that provides the comfort and relaxation for your beach getaway. Our home provides a bright and airy feel and is beautifully decorated to make you feel at home. Enjoy the features of our home from quartz countertops, to stainless steel full-size appliances, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer. The open-living concept creates a great space for bringing dining and living room relaxing together. The living room has a smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc., via guest account. The desk area provides a designated space to be able to utilize Wifi and work from home if needed. We truly hope that during your stay you can de-stress and disconnect.
**Please note, bed sheets, bathroom towels, and beach towels are not provided. The host will provide local linen resources or guests are encouraged to bring their own.**

Enjoy our private fenced in yard with an outdoor shower, bbq for grilling, and a propane fire column to sit near and unwind. A propane tank is provided, but filling is the guests responsibility when needed.

Our home has two exits with a keypad entry for self check-in and easy accessibility during your stay. There is also an outdoor security camera.

Our home is conveniently located to multiple beach locations-White Sand Beach, Midway Beach, Seaside Park Beach, and Island Beach State Park. Walking distance to local restaurants and a short drive to the boardwalk. After a fun filled day, you can catch some amazing sunsets over the bay.

Our home provides a comfortable stay for a maximum of 6 people. While our home provides multiple sleeping options, we prefer to limit the maximum capacity to six (6) guests to allow for the most comfortable stay. As this is a family home, it is ideally designed for a single family with 4-6 members, 2 families with 1-2 children, couples or friends looking to maximize the space. We will not accept any prom or graduation groups. The primary renter must be attending during the entire stay. All house rules are clearly stipulated prior to booking.

Our goal is to make your stay memorable, enjoyable, and as comfortable as possible! As this is our family home, we only rent during the times we aren't occupying it. With that being said, if you're looking for a party atmosphere, a hangout spot, or for multiple people to drop in and out, our home is not the best option for you. As we know that each situation can be different, please feel free to message us with any questions prior to booking.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in South Seaside Park, a neighborhood in Seaside Park. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Seaside Heights Beach and Seaside Park Beach. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at John Bennett Indoor Athletic Complex or RWJBarnabas Health Arena. Looking to get your feet wet? Surfing/body boarding and fishing adventures can be found near the property.
