Kitchen/dining area with stone floors is fully equipped. 2 fireplaces in living area and master bedroom. Light and bright with lots of windows with private views of trees, creek and town.

Lower level has media room with 55 inch TV, 2nd kitchen and bunk room that sleeps 7. Master bath on main floor has Jacuzzi tub and double shower with surround jets. Deck with gas BBQ and sunset views. Often see deer out in the yard. Private lot on hill is just a few minutes walk to eateries and shops. Just built an outdoor round stone fire pit. Roast marshmallows and make s'mores! 5 blocks to dunes/beach.
