Perfect for families, it’s just three houses from the beach, steps from the Promenade, and 0.75 miles from downtown Seaside’s shops and restaurants. Enjoy a spacious, cozy interior with modern upgrades and a coastal vibe. Whether exploring the shore or relaxing at home, this retreat offers comfort, convenience, and unforgettable memories.
The primary home quarters include an open concept kitchen/living room with a lofted bunk room with 2nd level ocean-view walk-out elevated deck. There is a queen bed room with a direct connection to a full bathroom which also connects to the living room. There is a hallway that goes to an entire west wing of the home with a second front door, it`s own queen bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Both the west wing and the dining room open up to the back yard which features a hot tub and outdoor dining with mountain views.
Guests have access to the majority of the house including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a kitchenette, but excluding the basement and a non-conforming 4th lofted bedroom.

Guests are limited to one pet with a $99 fee per booking and required to clean up pet waste before departure.

Street parking not allowed by guests per City of Seaside Ordinance. 2 off-street parking spots are provided.
Located in Seaside, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ecola State Park and Seaside Beach. The Buzz on Broadway and Captain Kid Amusement Park are also worth visiting.
