One of the Oregon coast's most breathtaking waterfront locations, The Resort at Seaside is one of the area’s most popular luxury accommodations. Located beachfront next to the Turnaround on Broadway, it offers guests a spectacular location with breathtaking views, swimming pools, spas, a fitness center, game room, gift shop, and just steps to the ocean. Tons to do within walking distance including many shops and restaurants.

The Space:
We hope this three bedroom condominium becomes your home away from home, equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy a fun and relaxing time at the coast. These rooms offer nice views of the beach and ocean. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and breakfast counter, a gas fireplace, an outside barbecue, multiple televisions, and beautiful views from the private balcony. The grand swimming pool is a comfortable 85 degrees all year, and is the centerpiece of the courtyard. Surrounding it are two spas, a children’s pool and plenty of space for sunbathing and socializing.

The Resort is ready to cater to your every need, working hard to maintain its 5 star ranking with the various rating services. If you desire an extra bar of soap or additional towels all you need to do is contact the front desk. If you need information about sightseeing, places to eat and shop, or where to get a massage, just ask the concierge in the lobby.

This is unit 8840, located on the top floor, facing west with spectacular views of the coastline from Tillamook Head to Washington State. The three bedroom, three bath ocean front penthouse unit is the most luxurious on site. At 1350 square feet, it offers a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, balcony, and outdoor grill.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a fully furnished en-suite with stone floors and a jetted tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an en-suite with shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath just across the hall.

Other Things to Note:
There is no air conditioning within the unit. Typically temperatures in Seaside are moderate and there is usually a nice breeze so this is rarely a problem for guests. As of 2022, the resort charges $4.95 a day for WiFi for 2 devices. I do not have a password or ability to give free WiFi. A drivers license and major credit card are needed to check-in. The resort does put a $200 deposit on the card for security just like a hotel, that just goes back to card after check-in. Occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced. This is Timeshare and WorldMark/Wyndham does a fantastic job managing the resort. Unit is cleaned by WorldMark housekeeping upon exit for the next guest coming after you. Wyndham Manages with a 24 hour front desk, you can even do a linen exchange at front desk if you want fresh towels/sheets. Wyndham as of 9/12/2018 charges me $100 to add you as the guest to their reservation system. The 1st guest certificate is included in the price of this listing. If for any reason you need to change the name, it will be a $100 fee to you for each name change , so please make sure to give us the name of a person that will be there to check-in. If you are arriving in a group with separate vehicles and someone else gets there 1st , they will have to wait for person on reservation to arrive before your group can check-in. Its a pain, but it is a rule Wyndham strictly enforces. Free parking is available in the on-site parking ramp for up to two cars.

Located in Seaside, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cannon Beach and Haystack Rock. The Buzz on Broadway and Captain Kid Amusement Park are also worth visiting.
