Please note the following policies (more will be listed in agreement):
- No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property
- Pets: Dogs only, maximum of 1 dog
- Dog Stay Fee: $75
- Please do not allow dog on any furniture, or in/on any bedding, blankets, or towels. Kindly respect this policy due to the owners’ wishing to maintain cleanliness from the wear and tear of animals & for those future guests who could be exposed to canine allergies.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- Seaside permit limits occupancy to 9 (10 max if 10th person is under 2)
- Seaside permit limits vehicles to 3, and there is no on-street parking. They are very strict about this. (As noted above, there is parking for 3 vehicles- 1 in garage, 2 in driveway.)
- Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Located in Seaside, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ecola State Park and Seaside Beach. The Buzz on Broadway and Captain Kid Amusement Park are also worth visiting. With kayaking and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
