The Space:

Unit T441 Limited ocean view condo located on the 1st floor of Pacific Terraces.
Queen bed in the Main bedroom, and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. Sofa sleeper in the living room. Flat screen TV with Satellite, DVD Player. From your unit it's just a few minute stroll to the beach. Catch a glimpse of our famous Elk in town, or if you're lucky when they're wandering the property!
You will have access to an Indoor Heated Pool. There will be NO access to a hot tub.
NO PETS ALLOWED. Sometimes the owner brings a dog.
**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**
You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN
Located in Gearhart, this condo is near the beach. Fort Stevens State Park and Astoria Riverfront Trolley are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Seaside Beach and Cannon Beach. The Buzz on Broadway and Captain Kid Amusement Park are also worth visiting.
