Spend your mornings on the balcony overlooking the river, checking on the resident Blue Heron, before exploring the area by foot or bike. The condo is in the perfect location to enjoy all of the great attractions in Seaside!
Wake up each morning and step outside onto the balcony, where you can bird watch or admire the locals search for crabs in the river. The balcony is also the ideal place to unwind each evening as you watch sunsets with a cold drink in your hand.
The spacious living room features stylish, high-end decor, a beautiful gas fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen cable TV with a Roku streaming device. Relax and read in the sitting area or cozy up on the sectional sofa and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen cable TV. If you managed to catch any crabs on the river, boil them in the fully equipped kitchen! Its adorned with stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and granite countertops.
