This home enjoys easy access to Scottsdale’s major roads. Just minutes from Loop 101, you can reach Old Town, Scottsdale Fashion Square, resort destinations, or the McDowell Mountain Preserve effortlessly.

Other Things to Note:
• Complimentary Pool Heating: The private pool is heated and available at no additional cost. Please note that consistent water temperature cannot be guaranteed, especially during colder months, as it is affected by ambient outdoor conditions.

• Pool Safety Waiver Required: A signed pool use and safety waiver is required prior to check-in.

• Security Cameras: A security camera is installed at the front driveway and at the front door and is used solely for occupancy verification and emergency purposes. No other recording devices are present on the property.

• Noise & Occupancy Monitoring: A Minut monitoring device is installed to help ensure respectful noise levels. This device tracks decibel levels only and does not record audio, preserving guest privacy while maintaining neighborhood peace.

• Pet Policy: Pets are not typically allowed at this home. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found to have been on-site without prior approval—a $175 non-refundable pet fee will apply to cover additional cleaning.

• Late Checkout Policy: Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee from our housekeeping team. Please contact us ahead of time if you need a later departure.
