Due to the nature of electric pool heaters we can not guarantee pool heat in the evening and early morning during the coldest months of the year.
- The pool and spa are not fenced so please be mindful of children

- Parking: There is street parking at the property
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Fireplaces: Due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use
- Due to the property's location in the Sonoran Desert, scorpions, snakes, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered. This is a normal part of desert living and is not grounds for a refund or credit.
