This spacious home is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. Walking inside through the front door you will find game room area with a pool table and new 60 inch tv! The home sports multi-levels with 2 downstairs bedrooms, a full bathroom, a large laundry room, formal living and dining areas, an eat-in kitchen, and a bright family room with a fireplace. Upstairs the master suite includes a large flat-screen TV, a corner soaking tub, and a separate shower, with a large walk-in closet. 2 more upstairs bedrooms with walk-in closets make this the perfect home for large groups wanting a lot of space to spend ample time at the home while still being 5 mins from incredible entertainment!

**The balcony off the Master Bedroom is not accessible**
**The pool is heated from November 1st through the end of May to approximately 85 degrees, and it's included at no extra cost! Please note, however, that if the outside temperature drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not maintain its 85-degree temperature.**
