As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open concept living area that exudes an energetic atmosphere. There is plenty of space for your whole party to come together for a feast, or retreat to their own space to rejuvenate.

The living room is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. Sink into the leather sofas and enjoy a movie night on the large-screen TV, or gather around the sleek dining table for a delicious meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen itself is a chef's dream, with state-of-the-art appliances (gas stove!) and all the equipment needed to whip up your favorite culinary creations.

Just around the corner from the living room, you’ll step into the game room! Pull up a stool for friendly (or fierce!) battles on the arcade table. Hundreds of games to choose from! Head over to the bar and craft a favorite cocktail to share with your friends. Sip your favorite tasty beverage under the stars outside in the private backyard while playing giant Jenga!

When it’s time to retire for the day, you’ll find the bedrooms are stylish and comfortable, with cozy beds adorned with comfy linens and pillows. Each room is thoughtfully decorated with a mix of modern and eclectic touches, along with room darkening / blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep in a space that reflects your unique personality.

Each bathroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a spacious walk-in shower in one and a bathtub in the other. Both bathrooms come fully stocked with soft towels, and lots of amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, Qtips, cotton swabs, makeup wipes, quality toilet paper, and more. Perfect place to freshen up for a night out on the town!

Outside, you'll find a private patio where you can soak up the sun, enjoy a morning cup of coffee or enjoy a freshly grilled meal together. Have fun challenging each others’ putting skills on the putting greens, or ease your stress away soaking in the huge 7-person hot tub. By booking this property, guests affirm that they have read and agree to all terms & policies listed in the Rental Agreement

Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info.

No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day to allow all staff to be with their families. Thank you for your understanding.

Minimum age to rent this house is 25. At least one person over the age of 25 must be staying at the house for the duration of the reservation.

No early bag drops prior to your check in time.

Early Check-In Policy:
No unauthorized early check-ins. If you would like a guaranteed early check-in, please book the extra night prior to your arrival. Otherwise, early check-in’s can be requested and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Fees may apply. Contact your host for more details.

Late Check-Out Policy:
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.

Pet Policy
Maximum of 2 pets allowed per stay. The animals need to be at least 12-months old and fully potty trained. No aggressive dog breeds allowed.

The home’s mailbox is not accessible to guests. Please do not mail packages here through the US postal service.

Your cleaning fee covers up to 5 hours of professional cleaning services after a check-out. Extra fees will apply if the cleaning takes longer than 5-hours.

No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on the premises, inside OR OUTSIDE. Penalty fines will be assessed for violations.

Video disclosure: There are 2 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security to protect our guests. One camera is located outside the front door, and the other overlooks the driveway. All look out over public places.

Please note that this property is in the desert, which by default comes with its own local critters and dust. We go to great lengths to clean the outdoor spaces and to treat the property to prevent little critters from bothering guests, but we cannot control nature nor the local wildlife 100% of the time. Thank you for your understanding.
