Open concept layout connecting the kitchen, dining, and living rooms provides comfortable and spacious hangout areas.
Homey patio area with BBQ grill opens up to an inviting and large grassy back yard.
Each of 4 bedrooms has enough closet space with hangers for clothing and luggage.

Security cameras and noise monitors:
We have a doorbell camera at the main entrance and one above the garage, both facing the street, and one camera facing the backyard gate. All cameras only record upon motion detection for about 30 seconds.
We also have a noise monitor by the back patio area which only reports of loud noise levels, and does not record audio. There are no indoor monitoring or recording devices of any kind.
Located in Cox Heights, a neighborhood in Scottsdale, this vacation home is near a water park. Scottsdale Fashion Square and Biltmore Fashion Park are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Desert Botanical Garden and Tempe Town Lake.
