The main bedroom is a retreat of its own, featuring a king-sized bed, an additional day bed that transforms into a queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet, two nightstands, a dresser, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan. The attached on-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a double vanity, and a mirror.
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a regular closet, two nightstands, a dresser, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The third bedroom includes two twin-sized beds, a regular closet, one nightstand, a dresser, and a smart TV. Additionally, the house has two more bathrooms featuring shower-tub combos, single vanities, and mirrors.
The living room is the perfect gathering space, with a smart TV, a comfortable sectional couch, a chair, a coffee table, an ornamental fireplace, and even a pool table. A ceiling fan ensures a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
The open-concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, an island, and a bar with six barstools. It is fully equipped with a full-sized fridge, a microwave, and everything you need for your culinary endeavors. The dining area has a table that comfortably accommodates six people, providing a wonderful setting for meals and gatherings.
A washer and dryer are available in the laundry area for your convenience.

- Quiet hours 9pm-10am. Noise complains of the neighbors may result in a termination of the rental without a refund.
- We require that our guests purchase rental insurance for their own protection.
Pool Heating
-Our pool has a heater. We can turn on the heater for an additional cost of $40/day
Note: The hot tub access is not advertised and not guaranteed as it uses a remote app to turn on. We can't guarantee that we will always see the guests request for hot tub access in time so we don't advertise it.

Kierland Commons and Desert Ridge Marketplace are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Camelback Mountain.
