Single level house with pool, featuring 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; no carpet; and tastefully decorated in a calming neutral palette. The house is centrally located right in Scottsdale and is walking distance to restaurants, shops, salons, fitness and workout center; and is a few minutes drive to grocery stores, major known retail stores, golf courses (McDowell Mountain, Starfire, and TPC Scottsdale are all very close), hiking trails and more! Only 9 minute from the WM Phoenix Open PGA TOUR at TPC Scottsdale; 10 minute drive to Barrett-Jackson Car Auction; 12 minutes from Salt River Fields Training Stadium; 20 min from Scottsdale Training Stadium; 12 minutes drive to Mayo Clinic and Kierland Commons Mall; 23 min drive to the airport, and easy access to the 101 freeway.

You can pay in installments (up to 3 multiple split payments rather than paying 1 lump sum)- just message me BEFORE paying the full amount so I can adjust the pay and payment schedule for you.

The back patio has a pool with option to be heated for a fee with at least 24 hours notice. There is a natural gas outdoor grill for your use. There is a washer and dryer in the house. There is an iron; hair dryers in each bathroom; USB charging ports; and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans; bakeware, coffee maker; coffee grinder, French press, utensils, crock pot, blender, electric mixer, food processor, griddle, and more to make delicious meals.

Spacious primary bedroom features king size bed, 65 inch Roku TV, direct access to patio and pool; walk-in closet with ample space; en-suite bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower; double vanity sinks; organic sheets, towels and washcloths, and private toilet room. There is also a work station set up by the window with view of the pool.

2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen sized beds with organic sheets.

2nd bathroom has organic towels and washcloths, and features double sinks and a shower/tub combo.

65 inch Roku TVs are located in family room, and primary bedroom where you can log in and stream all your favorite shows or watch basic channels.

Parking: Garage has room for 2 vehicles and 2 outdoor spaces are also available.

The whole house is yours to enjoy. Basic supplies such as paper towels; toilet paper; organic cotton balls and swabs; vegan and cruelty free products like laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your use. Enjoy the complimentary organic coffees, organic teas, organic sugar, and wine.

The HOA has a 30 day minimum requirement. No subleasing allowed.
The monthly rate includes fiber optic internet; weekly pool service; monthly landscaping; and monthly pest control.

There is a one time non-refundable cleaning fee of $400. Everything is cleaned and sanitized and we do not check in people the same day someone checks out.

Per city of Scottsdale, all dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

There are 2 ring cameras for security and protection located at the front door and outside garage by side door.
