Your one level, beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath, two car garage, patio home sleeps four (one queen and two twin beds) and is fully furnished. The great room separates the two bedrooms and is furnished with an entertainment center that includes cable, flat screen HDTV and a VCR player along with a stereo. A fireplace, leather sofa and matching love seat along with a recliner complete the room. Through the white wood plantation blinds, of the large picture window in the great room, you will view your large private patio that is beautifully landscaped and which captures the inviting experience of southwest outdoor living.

This is an entertainer’s delight. The large flagstone patio has a kiva, large built in gas BBQ with stand up bar, a pedestal fountain and patio furniture for your use. Enjoy picking your own fresh fruit off the citrus trees daily. At night, the patio is illuminated with accent lights, so you can continue your entertaining when the Arizona sun sets.

The large patio is a perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and read the paper, while listening to the relaxing sound of the water feature in the background. The extra large private flagstone patio with a built in BBQ, Kiva and a pedestal fountain is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing, patio furniture is provided.

The new tiled kitchen with new granite counter tops, is fully equipped and comes complete with a microwave oven, coffee maker, grinder, blender, toaster, plenty of dishes, pots and pans; everything you will need is furnished.

The dining room has an new rectangle table and seating for six. A sliding glass door off the dining room gives you easy access to the back patio.

The primary bedroom has a large walk-in closet for extra storage, luxurious white robes, extra hangers, a new granite double sink vanity, oversized tub/shower and its own sliding glass door with access to the back patio, with a second patio table and chairs. New bed and bath linens along with pool towels are also provided

Your vacation home is furnished with air conditioning, cable TV and high speed wireless internet. Vaulted ceilings along with ceiling fans accent the home.
