This house is available for winter rentals on Minot beach in Scituate, MA.
4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Master bed includes king and full bathroom. Open kitchen overlooks a large family room as well as a second living space. Spacious deck with a breathtaking private view of the beach.
Please note that during this time, the stairs will NOT be down but the beach is fully accessible via a public opening about 600ft away. During times of severe weather, the house will be boarded to protect the home as it is directly on the water.
Although this is the full home, there is a basement apartment that may or may not have tenants. There is no shared space or shared access.
Located in Scituate, this vacation home is on the beach. South Shore Music Circus and The Old Ordinary are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include South Shore Art Center and Norris Reservation. US Naval Shipbuilding Museum and USS Salem and Rockland Ice Rink are also worth visiting. Motor boating and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
