The third floor includes the master ensuite with commanding water views from the wooden king platform bed & ultra high-end Temperpedic mattress, private master bath with bidet; office; workout room that has a queen size Murphy bed (12" memory foam mattress, set up as the 4th BR or gym, guests choose); upstairs fun room has a bar, 72" TV, stereo including over 1000 albums, poker table, massage chair and European sofa that converts into a king size bed (the sofa hides two memory foam-single mattresses); full bath with a shower, water closet washer dryer, and access to hot tub deck; 4th floor 1350' roof deck overlooks the ocean, marsh, and river!

The second floor includes two bedrooms with queen size beds and water views, The great room is huge. Relax, read, nap or socialize while lounging on our beautiful turquoise blue velvet sofa, three comfy swivel chairs or four high back bar stools; cook a meal in our executive chef's kitchen which will be stocked with every herb/spice/sauce/oil you could possibly need, then serve it on our hand carved wooden dining room table with six hand matching chairs or eat at the 4-stool granite peninsula or the 6'x6' glass art deco table while watching a game on the 65" TV, or get lost gazing at the gas fire place. watch the most spectacular sunsets while sipping your favorite beverage from the living room deck which has a gas webber grill and pass through kitchen sliding window.

Two doors to our left is a new deli, keep walking 1/4 mile and you hit a new spanish restaurant, and a huge seafood restaurant (the clam bake). several other restaurants are close by -- the bait shed is our favorite sunset dinner, Pine Point grill is our favorite local restaurant -- has great food and exceptional drinks. Gourmet Supermarket (Market on the vine) has everything you need and is less than 3 miles away.
Portland is an 18 minute drive, and you're less than 5 minutes from the heart of Old Orchard Beach and amusement park. This is not a normal short term rental, it's our home and we only rent it approximately two weeks a year. While everyone loves it, it is not child-proofed, the home starts on the second floor and has a fourth floor roof deck so stair climbing is part of the stay. If you have young children, or members in your party will be challenged by stairs, this may not be the place for you.
