Located just off Islands Expressway, fenced and gated one acre private residence and pool. The vibe is comfortable, tropical and coastal style. The home is very unique bringing together vast space, the island location, a pool and coastal heritage. Ten min to the Tybee beaches or Savannah downtown the property is perfect for those wanting to experience all the area has to offer. With enough space to everyone in your group, the house also has several unique access features in that the second floor can be closed off if need be for guest, work or family separation with the second floor accessible via the rear master sliding door. The space and bedroom configuration has a great deal of configuration flexibility based on your group’s needs.
