Upon stepping through the front door, you're welcomed by an open-concept living room with soaring cielings, seamlessly flowing into a dedicated workspace and dining area, and unfolding into the well-appointed kitchen.

LIVING ROOM
After a day filled with adventures, sink into the plush leather sectional, and enjoy a movie or show on our smart TV. Feel free to log into or download any of your preferred streaming services!

KITCHEN
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to concoct a delicious meal including stovetop, oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, and even a blender for crafting your favorite cocktails!

DINING ROOM
With a stunning sintered stone dining table that can comfortably seat 6-8 people plus bar counter seating for 2 more, you'll never run out of space.

SUN ROOM
Enjoy your morning coffee with a book on our radiant and airy enclosed patio.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom features a luxury mattress, bedside tables with lamps, and closets with hangers. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is room for a secondary workspace, so please let us know if this is something that interests you and we'll be sure to drop off an additional desk + chair in advance of your stay.

The main bathroom has a luxurious shower/tub combo and is accessible by all.

BATHROOM 2
The secondary bathroom is attached to the king suite and features a standing shower.

PATIO
Our charming patio also features seating for those inclined to enjoy the warm Georgia sun!

YARD
We have a fully fenced yard that is safe for your pets and kids.

WASHER + DRYER
A full-size washer and dryer are located at the back of the house and shared with one other tenant who lives in a completely separate unit.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the property with keyless code entry.
Other things to note
PETS
We warmly welcome your furry friends. A fee of $150 applies for the first pet and an additional $75 for the second, with a maximum of two pets allowed. For their safety and comfort, we kindly request that pets are crated when you are away from the home. Our fully fenced backyard provides a delightful space for your dogs to explore and enjoy! Please note, a $500 fine applies for pets that are not disclosed at time of booking.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Please note that only guests registered at the time of booking are permitted to stay overnight, ensuring everyone’s safety and comfort. Any undisclosed guests beyond the number of 8 guests will incur an additional fee of $100 per guest per night.

CHECK-IN/OUT
For your convenience, early check-in/late check-out can be arranged for a $50 fee, subject to prior approval. Please provide ample notice if you would like to arrange this. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fine to ensure fairness and availability for all our guests.

NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
Please adhere to our strict no-smoking policy within the property. A fine of $500 will be applied for violations.

PARTIES
We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties on the premises to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
