Outside, there is a private courtyard with an abundance of seating along with a hot tub for your outdoor relaxation.
This home also has a charming carriage house, located on the opposite end of the courtyard. The carriage house is equipped with a fully stocked private kitchen that opens to its own living area. It also has a private bedroom with ensuite. The living room is equipped with a queen sized sleeper sofa for your convenience. The carriage house also has two 55 inch smart tv's. the carriage house has its own private courtyard with private seating
