The home consists of two separate apartments, each with its own separate living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms. The ground level, Waldburg Garden apartment, offers a private entrance, with its own courtyard and garden. Upstairs, find the entrance to Waldburg Terrace, a more classic, historic brownstone apartment, complete with hardwood floors and high ceilings, and a two-story layout.

Beginning on the ground level, the downstairs Garden apartment includes 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, a full bathroom with a beautiful all-new walk-in shower, and a full parlor-style living area.
