You'll find three generously sized bedrooms. The primary bedroom, located on the ground floor, opens to the courtyard through a sliding glass door and features a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, along with its own living area and two walk-in closets. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each have their own full ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, both offering king beds for restful nights. There is even a gathering space in the wine cellar for a unique and festive experience.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to one garage space. The space can accommodate full-size sedans and small SUV's. All larger vehicles must find on-street parking, which is metered on East Congress Street, but is free on Price Street.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
