This adorable, mid-century modern executive rental awaits. Perfect for remote work, traveling doctors or nurses, film industry workers, retirees, tourists, and anyone looking to stay or relocate to the Savannah area. The home is ideally situated near highly desired Ardsley Park and a short walk to vibrant Habersham Village for shopping, dining, and more. You'll enjoy being very close to Midtown and historic downtown Savannah and just 30 minutes from Tybee Island's beaches.
When you arrive, you're welcomed by a well-manicured tropical landscape including palm trees, flowers, and a Jasmine draped entryway. The inside has been completely updated for your comfort and enjoyment. The interior was designed by a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and includes original abstract paintings, local photos, and impeccable attention to detail throughout. The main floor features an open concept with new LVP flooring, a dining table for 4, a cozy West Elm queen sleeper sofa, and 65" Smart TV w/ sound bar to listen to your favorite tunes or have movie night. Step into the gourmet chef's kitchen featuring quartz counters, subway tile, a large island with room for 3 more to dine, wine fridge, pot filler, and stainless-steel appliances including a gas stove, hood, full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, making this ideal for creating delicious meals at home. The main floor is rounded out with a separate laundry room with new washer and dryer and a full bath with double-headed shower and ceramic tile. Off the kitchen, you step out to a large, covered patio with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor sofa, and another table to dine al fresco in the private, fenced in backyard oasis. Upstairs features original hardwood flooring and 3 bedrooms with new mattresses and buttery soft sheets for a great slumber. The master takes center stage with elegant jewel tones, velvet blackout curtains, king bed, a unique sunburst mirror, and a 40-inch smart TV. The 2 other queen bedrooms equally impress with their own unique, stylish vibes and one has a dedicated workspace. Upstairs has an additional full bathroom with a tub for those who like a nice soak to relax. Home can sleep up to 8 people.
