The open floor plan features original fireplaces with incredible wood work details, original pine hardwood floors throughout the house, with tall ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows. The open plan is great for entertaining, which allows you to keep the conversation throughout the entire main level. The gathering is furnished with an ample amount of plush, comfortable seating for all of your friends and family, which is perfect for a movie night or game day. The formal dining room is open to this space, which is great for hosting friends or family, and can seat up to six Lucky guests. Just beyond, you'll find the tastefully renovated kitchen, which is fully equipped with all of the modern conveniences one could ask for; stainless steel appliances, ample amount of prep space, and beautiful elevated granite countertops.
Heading up to the second floor, you find both bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Out back, you'll find a spacious screened porch right off of the kitchen, that leads to the charming courtyard space that offers a grill, with seating for your friends and family. The serene space is the perfect place to unwind after a long day, or spend your mornings with a cup coffee before starting the day.
