Prepare to feel like Savannah’s finest as you walk into this stunning condo boasting extra tall ceilings with original exposed beams, wide plank heart pine floors throughout, painted brick walls, curved walls, two gorgeous decorative fireplaces, closet storage, private balcony and so much more! As you enter the condo you will be greeted with a spacious open floor plan where you will find the fully equipped grand kitchen, dining area and swanky living room. There is pantry storage, stainless steel appliances and dual use Keurig. The kitchen island offers and eat in kitchen area with four barstools. Enjoy relaxing in this living room to impress. A Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa is housed with a queen sized memory foam mattress and extra bedding and pillows are provided. You can enjoy movie nights on the 55in TV with Roku TV. The builtin shelves are decorated to perfection, stocked with games, reading material and extra blankets. Let me not forget the fancy equipped bar cart with cocktail recipes for you to enjoy. The master bedroom has a memory foam king size mattress waiting for your to cozy up after a long day exploring the city. A private attached master bathroom is stocked with towels and a stand alone tile shower. You will have a full size closet, 6 drawer dresser, upgraded outlet extenders with USB and USB-C charging stations and a 40in TV. The second bedroom has a comfy queen size mattress, designated office area, clothing wardrobe and a rear access door to the balcony. On the balcony you can enjoy reading a book with a cup of coffee or late night cocktails with he solar paneled outdoor lights. The second bathroom is centrally located off the kitchen and across from the in suite laundry closet.
