Our beach house is a beautiful, updated, beach-side property with amenities, private pool, and a fantastic location. Just completed a total, high-end renovation of the bathrooms. -- Modern kitchen, fully stocked with everything you can imagine (coffee makers, blender, toaster oven, toaster, waffle maker, microwave, mixer, crockpot, rice maker, bread maker, dishwasher, gas stove with built in skillet/grill, in-door ice and water fridge, all the pots/pans/dishes/utensils/containers, etc. you'll need). Many basics included, like paper products, condiments & spices, flour, sugar, cooking oil, etc.

-- Entire house features hurricane impact windows. They are rated to withstand any weather, are completely secure, and make for a very quiet house.
LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS
-- Not only does Satellite Beach have a charming small-town feel, it is ranked the safest city in Florida, according to the National Council for Home Safety and Security (#1 out of 7,639).
Beaches:
-- 1 minute drive/5 minute bike ride (7/10 of a mile) to the beach, accessed at Seagull Park, an uncrowded beach with outdoor shower.
-- 4 minute drive (9/10 of a mile south on A1A) to Hightower Beach , a beautiful beach with bathhouses, showers, and nature boardwalks
-- 6 minute drive (4 miles north on A1A) to Tables Beach, a wide, flat beach with sandy bottom way out into the water
-- Canal/Intracoastal: An easy walk (about 250 meters) to the grand canal at the end of our street, with direct boating access to the Intracoastal Waterway (Indian River). Canoe/kayak put-in right there. Excellent fishing right there at the end of the street.
