Close to shopping and many excellent restaurants, a nice selection within walking distance. Take a day trip to Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Disney, Universal, Vero Beach all within a one- hour drive, or just enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful sandy beach and pool. Fully equipped kitchen, big screen TV in living room and TV in master and guest room. Free internet, in unit washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrella and towels, heated beachside pool with deck chairs. Great location just minutes from the Indian River and Banana River, for kayak and boat rentals. Golf courses a short drive away, along with tennis and pickleball courts 5-10 min away.

Beyond the sand, visitors can kayak through mangroves at Thousand Islands Conservation Area, explore the Florida Surf Museum, or catch a launch at Kennedy Space Center. From offshore deep-sea fishing to glowing bioluminescent lagoons at night, Cocoa Beach blends adventure and relaxation. Our unit can be booked for a 3 night stay during the summer and fall season if all you want is a long weekend. Long term (1-3 month) rental available in Fall for monthly discounted rate.
