The Faded Oasis is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bath with a heated pool vacation home located in the upscale Gulf Gate community of Sarasota, FL -- just 2 miles from Siesta Key (the #1 beach in the USA). This beautiful home is ideal for families with kids or for groups of up to 4 adult couples (8 person max) and is close to numerous popular restaurants & shopping destinations. Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with king bed and private bath, 2 additional private bedrooms with queen beds. One of the most popular features, aside from the provided amenities, are the two sliding patio doors going out to the pool (that slide into the wall), allowing for an open-air cabana feel between the main living area and the pool/lanai. There is plenty to do for the family close by, boat rental, bike rentals, kayaking, golf course and the new famous Pop stroke close by or maybe a sunset dinner cruise.
Located in Gulf Gate Estates, a neighborhood in Sarasota, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. St. Armands Circle and Mall at University Town Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Siesta Key Beach and Crescent Beach. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Ed Smith Stadium or Stardust Event Center. Jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
