Located in the heart of Sapphire Valley this lovely three bedroom, two bath home is well situated for your vacation needs. Cashiers is 5.5 miles away, Highlands is 16 miles, Brevard 24 miles and the Sapphire Valley Community Center is a mere 2.7 miles away. You are centrally located to restaurants in Sapphire and Cashiers and the Ingles grocery store is 4.6 miles from the house.

The living room is spacious, has a gas fireplace and a 65" Smart TV - you are able to sign into your favorite movie or news app.

The dining table is off the living room and can seat 6 - the kitchen is located off the dining area and there is a 2 seat island bar.

The kitchen is newly remodeled with new granite countertops, a new dishwasher and a new refrigerator.

Off the living area is the King master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, tub and toilet as well as a double sink vanity.

The two queen bedrooms are located on the other side of the house and share a bathroom which has a shower tub.

There is a loft area, accessible by a flight of stairs off the living room. The loft has a sleeper sofa.

There is a double garage that is attached to the house and is accessible through a flight of stair leading down from the living area.

When renting Absolute Delight you are able to purchase guest passes at the Sapphire Valley Resort at $5/day per person - activities include: Indoor and outdoor pools, putt-putt, a par 3 9 hole golf course, horse riding, skiing and tubing during the winter, discounted golf at the Sapphire National 18 hole golf course. During the summer months there is a kids mini camp where kids can be dropped off for a few hours or the whole day. you will also have access to Sapphire lake where you can rent kayaks and canoes.

Located in Sapphire, this vacation home is in the mountains and on the waterfront. Sapphire National Golf Club and Sapphire Valley Ski Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Pisgah National Forest and Chattahoochee National Forest. Cashiers Farmers Market and Highlands Biological Station are also worth visiting.
