Welcome to Shangri-Lou, a cozy and very welcoming townhome peacefully nestled in The Woods, Sapphire, NC. Two Bedrooms on separate levels offer privacy. (*New super plush Tommy Bahama beds: One queen bed, one king bed) Plus a Cozy, private Loft/ library with comfy sleeper sofa (full).
Cathedral ceilings, freshly painted, new carpet, brand new gorgeous wood floors (6/23), tons of windows for natural light. Two full bathrooms. Dining table with seating for six and pass through kitchen.
The main floor master bedroom opens to your private deck which overlooks the wooded scenery. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck or grill your fresh catch from the nearby lakes.
Grab a book or puzzle from the loft library, play cards or challenge your family to a board game, while relaxing on the oversized recliners and sofa.
Let Shangri-Lou be your home away from home. We have everything you need: fast WIFI. Smart TVs in living room and Master bedroom (BYO subscriptions). Games, puzzles, books, Washer/Dryer. Ample free level parking. Super Clean Towels & Linens, shampoo, soap, hair-dryer (straightener and curling iron). Even fishing rods & tackle box, and hiking sticks! Cooler, picnic Basket. Grill.
Create a family meal in the well-equipped kitchen, including a gas range/oven & Brand new stainless steel dishwasher (6/23). Enjoy your own coffee station (with *coffee, tea and hot cocoa) Brita Filtered water. (*Brand new Keurig Duo with pods and drip coffee)
The townhome is fully furnished and tastefully decorated, including a huge screened sunroom, and outdoor deck. Host your own wine tasting in the private quaint Bar/Wine sitting area (BYOB)
