The Space:
Come for the outside adventures and stay for the relaxing environment in this Fairway Forest & Mountain Laurel 1 bedroom/1 bath Deluxe condo that varies between 780- 880 sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, an attached en suite with jetted tub. In the living room there is a fireplace, and access to a spacious deck where you can enjoy the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests!  A mini kitchen and a dinning area, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With all the necessary amenities, and so much to fun to have in the great outdoors, you're sure to make memories to last a lifetime!

Guest Access:

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.

You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.

Located in Sapphire, this condo is next to a golf course and on a lake. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Jocassee and Gorges State Park, while Highlands Art Gallery and The Bascom Center for the Visual Arts are cultural highlights. Cashiers Farmers Market and Highlands Biological Station are also worth visiting.
