The Space:
When you stay at Lake Marion you're sure to have a fun and relaxing time. You'll start by entering your spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath Deluxe condo that is 1550 sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed with attached en suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well and access to a bathroom. In the third bedroom there are two double beds. In the open living room there is a queen sofa sleeper, and a patio where you can enjoy the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 10 guests!  With a full kitchen and a dinning room, you have the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Santee State Park and Santee National Wildlife Refuge, while Santee Indian Mound and Fort Watson Site and Elloree Heritage Museum and Cultural Center are cultural highlights. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
