Large master bedroom en suite, queen bed with Hastens mattress for ultimate comfort. Library-den with a cozy daybed can accommodate an extra guest as a second bedroom. A third bedroom and bath with separate entrance may be included for additional fee. Outdoor dining areas, BBQ. Relaxed unmanicured meadow garden in private side yard.
The Ranch:TALKINGHORSE BIODYNAMIC RANCH is a 7 acre integrated ecosystem, a working biodynamic ranch with orchard gardens, horse barns, pastures, and ranch animals. Abundance of birds and wildlife makes it a true nature retreat. There is spectacular star watching, a dry creek below ranch for an early morning walk, and nearby Figueroa mountain for hiking.

Located in Santa Ynez, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a river. Santa Ynez Valley Historical Museum and Janeway-Parks Carriage House and Hans Christian Andersen Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Gainey Vineyard and Bridlewood Winery.
