This stunning vineyard estate home is perched on a hill with spectacular 360-degree vineyard views of Geyser Peak, Alexander Valley and the Dry Creek hills.
This spacious home features a lovely pool & spa, gourmet kitchen, wrap-around veranda, vaulted ceilings with crown moldings, hardwood flooring in the main level and carpeted second floor. Chefs will delight in the granite countertops and full complement of KitchenAid appliances, Thermador 4-burner cooktop with grill, double-oven, L-shaped island with sink and disposal. A bay window looks out west over the pool and entertainment area, with trees and mountains beyond. There is a formal dining room seating 6+. At the back of the home is a the PERFECT table to gather around and play a lively game of Settlers of Catan, or any number of other games provided at the home (all are stored in the den, by the front door), and laundry room with washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom with king bed has a vaulted cathedral ceiling, large crown molding and abundant windows with beautiful views. Enjoy the double-sink Master Bath with large soaking tub, free-standing shower, and heated towel racks.

Beautiful mature landscaping includes hydrangeas and oleanders, roses, mulched planting beds and greenhouse. The vineyards are close by with hedges for privacy.
Located in Healdsburg, this vacation home is in the city center and in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russian River and Safari West. SingleThread Farm at Dry Creek and Raven Performing Arts Theater are also worth visiting. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking nearby.
