The location is only one exit away from Airport blvd featuring a private airport now offering daily commercial flights from LA, Seattle, and Las Vegas, provided by Horizon/Alaska airlines.

The property comprises 4500 square feet of recently improved space, offering 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The house is set on eight wonderful view acres, double gated. The main building features the public living spaces with 3 queen and king bedrooms and feature fine Italian high thread count linens, down pillows and comforters. The home is equipped with high speed wireless internet service. On the grounds there is a Private Jacuzzi brand hot tub for 8 people and an adjacent 400 square feet deck with pool and valley views. The main arrival has parking for up to 10 cars and a 3 car garage. Located only 5 minutes to 101 this is an extremely private and quiet location as there are no homes within view of the house and grounds.
