You may never want to leave this stunning designer home ideally situated on a hillside in the center of Sonoma County. After a day of sightseeing, wineries, pubs and restaurants enjoy a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the hot tub, fire pit and comfortable seating. The master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom, complete with its own private sauna. The downstairs bedroom also has a king size bed and attached bathroom. Two more bedrooms and two living rooms.
Kharis is a long time local and always available through messaging via Airbnb, phone or text.
Situated in a hillside neighborhood on a spacious lot. Less than five minutes to stores. Several wineries are within 5 miles.
Guests access the entire property with the exception of a couple storage closets and the garage.

A maximum of 8 short-term renters and a maximum of 4 additional daytime guests are allowed.

The main floor includes a beautifully designed kitchen with high end appliances and amenities. Living room with fireplace is attached. Also on main floor is a bedroom with king size bed and attached bathroom.
The second floor features another spacious living room complete with entertainment center and an additional fireplace. This living room opens to a spacious deck, which features plenty of soft seating, a fire pit and large hot tub. Also upstairs is the master king suite complete with en suit bathroom which includes a sauna. Two more bedrooms are upstairs, one with a queen size bed, and one with two twins, along with another bathroom.

Santa Rosa is home to this vacation home. Calistoga Hot Springs and Castello di Amorosa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russian River.
