Redfish Village is a beautiful well-staffed condo development on 30-A. This beautifully designed condo is appointed with top-of-the-line luxury and comfort in mind. Professionally decorated with all the comforts of home, It includes 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It has a large kitchen, with granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances. The condo also has hardwood flooring, and a large private balcony. The unit includes a full-size washer and dryer, microwave, stove top and oven. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. There is also a fold out sleeper sofa that will sleep two comfortably. The amenities include private beach access and bath houses for owners and guest with two beach chairs and umbrella for rent. Other amenities include heated swimming pool and smaller additional pool, village green, children's playground, Redfish Lake, and four stainless steel gas grills at the poolside. The private beach entrance is approximately 600 feet from Redfish Village or a five-and-a-half-minute walk from the elevator. This unit also includes four smart TVs, and Wi-Fi cable internet service so bring along your streaming passwords. Minutes away from Seaside. The condo comes with a reserved parking space in a covered garage as well as ample parking in the lot. We have elevator access to the condo which is on the third level. The condo and complex are wheelchair friendly. Please note the board of the condo association does not allow renters to have pets and they strictly enforce their policy.
Located on the beach, this condo is in Blue Mountain Beach, a neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach. Grand Boulevard at Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Grayton Beach State Park and Blue Mountain Beach. Sundog Books and Eden Gardens State Park are also worth visiting. Kayaking and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
