On-site gym, open 7 am to 10 pm.
Hot Tub by gym. Per HOA rules, only two cars are permitted per condo. (an additional spot is available for an extra fee). Renters must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups.
- *Beach chair service available but not included in rent.
- Does not rent monthly in off season.
RESTRICTIONS:
No trailers, boats, jet skis, golf carts or RV's. Tents are not allowed on beach. Propane tanks and cookers not permitted. Per HOA rules, guests may not bring pets.
- Please review charges before booking on line as fees charged by VRBO cannot be refunded by manager.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express
