"Mingo Palms" is just a short golf cart ride away from Scenic 30A and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! ***Please Note: You must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone.***

Arriving at "Mingo Palms," you'll enjoy a practical parking layout for multiple families, with two driveways and a single-car garage. Outside, the home features tasteful landscaping and a sprawling yard, with palm trees gently swaying in the breeze over top the private plunge pool and spa.

Entering the home, light and bright coastal colors project a peaceful and relaxed pace of life. Your family will love the large open plan kitchen-living-dining area. Contemporary whites and grays are highlighted with splashes of color, denoting the home's namesake. Hints of "mingos" and palm trees appear here and there for a tasteful yet playful touch.

The living room area features plenty of seating for the whole family, with plush sofas and a large flat screen TV offering a great place for entertaining and lounging. The dining area is appointed with a large wooden table seating 8+ people, with more seating at the large quartz-slab kitchen island.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll want or need to prepare your favorite culinary delights, and features stainless steel appliances, with plenty of storage, including a chef's pantry.

In addition to the sprawling kitchen-living-dining spaces, you'll also find a wonderful front porch for lounging and watching the day go by. A half-bath is also conveniently located just off the living room.

One of the best features of "Mingo Palms" is the outdoor living space - you'll find a covered porch, comfortable seating for lounging, or sharing snacks and cocktails, a gas-fired BBQ grill, and a plunge pool spa! Technically it's a spa, but it is just so huge we're calling it a plunge pool! An amazing gathering space for the family and a great option if you're just looking for a quick dip.

Please note: We do ask that all guests respect strict quiet hours after 9PM. Being a residential setting, neighbors are getting up for work in the morning, etc, so we do require this.

You'll find the master bedroom on the ground floor, with a king size bed and private bathroom. The bathroom and walk-in closet are all trimmed out with bright white finishes for a clean and luxurious feel!

Moving upstairs, you'll find a junior master which also features a king-size bed and plenty of space. The junior master includes a private, full-size bathroom.

The "Mingo Room" features 2 full-size beds, with access to the full-size hall-bathroom, just steps away.

The Palms room and the "Palms Room" features a queen size bed, also with access to the full-size hall-bathroom, just steps away.

The "Carriage House" suite offers a private bedroom with a queen bed and full-size bathroom, a queen murphy bed, a sitting area, and a kitchen space as well! The suite also features a private entrance!

The beach is a quick and fun golf cart ride from your front steps. A 6-passenger electric, street-legal golf cart is included with your reservation! Exactly one mile door-to-door, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with plentiful parking, rest rooms and life guards on duty in peak season.

If you're looking for a place with a fun pool, you cannot beat Cypress Breeze! This amazing neighborhood pool is just two blocks away - at about 13,000 square feet, with multiple waterfalls and grottos, it's one of the largest community pools in all of Northwest Florida! Pool hours subject to change. Enjoy your mornings at the beach and come back to splash in the amazing resort-style pool!

You'll also find fun shopping and dining at Gulf Place - excellent seafood, views, fun for the kids, ice cream, you name it! The family will have a blast exploring the local area! We know you'll love it at "Mingo Palms" - sure to be a family favorite!

*We always try to keep some beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, floaties) at the property for your use. While these are not guaranteed, there’s usually a good stock of items available. We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

*The Cypress Breeze neighborhood does not allow street parking. All vehicles must fit within the perimeter of the driveway and cannot overhang into the street. Overflow storage options may be available locally, but are not guaranteed - be sure to plan ahead, as overflow storage is not available or permitted on property.

Located in Santa Rosa Beach, this vacation home is near a water park and by the sea. Grand Boulevard at Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Santa Rosa Beach and Blue Mountain Beach. Sundog Books and Blast Arcade and Laser Maze are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
