Home Sweet Home: A Note From The Homeowner- We love our home at 37 Lake District Lane for the memories we've made and the peaceful, tucked-away location in WaterColor’s Phase I. It’s a quiet, forested spot just a short walk or bike ride to Seaside, the Beach Club, pools, and the Tennis Center. We enjoy hearing the chapel bells, watching weddings from our porch, and rarely needing a car—biking to Publix or strolling into Seaside for sunsets and dinner. After a 2020 remodel, the home now has two cozy living areas, perfect for families, plus a screened porch with a swinging bed. It’s our happy place—we just wish we could be there more often.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Watercolor, a neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach. Grand Boulevard at Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Seaside Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. Sundog Books and Eden Gardens State Park are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as swimming.
