For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges

We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.

**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan that covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.

**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification. This property includes a golf cart; guests must also sign a Golf Cart Addendum. The minimum age to operate the golf cart is 21, and a valid driver’s license is required. No exceptions.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Blue Mountain Beach, a neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach. Grand Boulevard at Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Grayton Beach State Park and Blue Mountain Beach. Sundog Books and Eden Gardens State Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and mountain biking nearby.
