The home's prime location in NatureWalk allows for easy access to many amenities by foot or bike, including WaterColor Crossing (Publix, dining, shopping). Seaside is just a 5-minute drive.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group. Street parking is not allowed.
