Nestled in the Cypress Breeze neighborhood which is surrounded by state forest, and just a 1/2 mile away from the beautiful beaches of 30A, this immaculately maintained home features tasteful and colorful decor, with high-end finishes.

Arriving at the home you'll find parking for multiple vehicles, with a garage for storing the golf cart. Please note: Street Parking is Not Permitted - overflow parking is available at the pool parking lot just down the street.

Entering the home, you'll find a spacious foyer and hallway leading to the main living spaces, with a staircase leading up to the guest bedrooms. You'll be amazed at the plentiful living space in the kitchen-living-dining area.

The living room features plenty of plush seating for everyone, and the huge kitchen island includes a breakfast bar with additional seating. The home's central living area connects to the outdoor porch and patio space, which includes a private entrance to the pool!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll want or need to prepare your favorite culinary delights, and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of storage.

You'll also find a half-bath located just off the main living space, for everyone's convenience.

All four bedrooms are located upstairs. The master suite includes a king bed and convenient day bed with trundle, and features a massive master bathroom with a walk-in shower, and soaking tub. You'll love the pool views from the master bedroom's private balcony as well!

The junior master features a king size bed, and also includes a private full bathroom.

Bedroom 3 features a king size bed, with plenty of closet space, and shares a large, full-bathroom with bedroom 4.

The fourth bedroom features two sets of bunk beds, a trundle twin, and a gaming station - a great space for all the kids to bunk-up!

Bonus features: The garage not only serves as golf-cart parking but also has a full-size pool table and mini-arcade game! In addition to that, you'll find a great shuffle board table in the living room, and a gas fire pit table on the back porch!

From your back yard, enter the pool area through your private gate, and dive right in! We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

*The Cypress Breeze neighborhood does not allow street parking. All vehicles must fit within the perimeter of the driveway and cannot overhang into the street.
