The front porch acts as an additional living area. The daybed swing is a favorite, and we encourage naps on this comfy space covered by a ceiling fan. You will notice the admiring glances from walkers as they pass by the home, and you will want to spend as much time as possible on the front porch.

Step out of your WaterColor hideaway and find yourself just across from 30A, only a few minute’s walk to the Gulf of Mexico, the world-renowned and highly acclaimed WaterColor Beach Club, as well as the bustling town of Seaside! Grand Boulevard at Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Seaside Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. Sundog Books and Eden Gardens State Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
